"Overall a great experience. Benton was very nice, professional and he worked very quickly. His rates were reasonable. The carpets looked spotless right after he cleaned, but upon drying a few of the stains came back. This was the first time I have had carpets cleaned, so I was not sure what to expect. My carpets were is terrible shape so I guess it was to be expected, I just wish he would have warned me that carpets initially look cleaner than when they dry. Overall still a 150% improvement over what they looked like before. He was able to fit me into his schedule on short notice, was prompt and very efficient."
