"Bob came right on the agreed time. He explained what he was going to do. We agreed and then he took over and did a very good job. Everything came out lean and fresh. I highly recommend this company for all of your cleaning needs. Very professional. Also Bob was very friendly and courteous. I will use them again in the future.,

"Larry and Jarred were very friendly and professional. We have a large area of tiled flooring where the grout was horrendously stained and dirty. They explained the process very well and I am pleased with the end result. I also like that they don't use harsh chemicals and was safe for my dog. I will hire them again."

"Everything was fantastic. I walked in and the waiting area was immaculate. The floors were vacuumed. The waiting chairs were all lined up and presentable. All reading articles were neatly placed. The room had been sanitized meeting the Covid-19 guidelines. Each room inside of the studio was to my liking including the restrooms. I definitely recommend this company for cleaning services and plan on calling them in the near future for services."

"I have hired David with one bath solutions twice so far for two different bathroom remodels. He has done an absolute excellent job both times. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for myself or for any remodel job on any properties that I manage."

"John, was here on time, did a great job removing several broken tiles, and replacing them with new tiles. Very polite and easy to work with and will recommend him to others. This work was replacing Mexican Tile on a patio outdoors."

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

To maintain tile and grout, clean the surfaces regularly with mild, non-abrasive cleaners and wipe up spills promptly to prevent buildup. It is also important to reseal the grout every 1-2 years to maintain its durability.

Professionals use various tools and cleaning solutions based on the type of floor they’re cleaning. They often use industrial steam cleaners to pull debris out of the carpet. For localized stains, they may use a commercial cleaner or a mixture of water, vinegar, and dish soap. For tile, they’ll typically use dish soap and hot water, plus a mixture of baking soda and hot water for the grout. For cleaning wood floors, they might use a low-heat steamer, a mop with an oil wood floor cleaner, or a mixture of hot water, vinegar, and lemon juice.

Clean with mild detergents, reseal grout as needed, and avoid dropping heavy objects on tiles.

Cracks, chips, stains, and worn-out sealant are common issues requiring repair.

You shouldn’t add new grout over grout that’s broken, cracked, or crumbling. If you do, the new layer might not adhere properly to the old one, and you could end up with even more grout issues. Plus, if you don’t remove the damaged grout, you’ll be ignoring whatever underlying problem initially caused the grout to crack, which could lead to more serious issues down the line.
