We spray a pre-treatment down to ensure quality before we use any pressure to the concrete. We then surface clean and spray a post treatment to kill off any remaining organics as well as any micro dirt left behind. House soft washing- Rather than traditional pressure washing we use a much safer and efficient process. Soft washing does not use any pressure and is the recommended process for cleaning most homes.
