"Once I accepted the job, Johnny didn't waste any time. He was in there the next day prepping the place.  I stopped by occasionally just to see how the job was coming but other than making small conversation, I had no reason to even be there. Upon arrival, I would hear Johnny immediately instructing his crew on what they were trying to accomplish. Also, the owner didn't mind getting dirty as well to ensure the job was completed on time.
