"The owner of the business came and swept the chimney himself. He was very polite, professional and respectful. He shared a good bit of wisdom about lighting a fireplace properly and how to select good firewood. We appreciated this as this is our first wood burning fireplace. He wad careful not to get any ash in the house, using a drop cloth and a special vacuum with altra-fine filters."
