"This is the first review I have ever felt the need to write. That is how impressed I was with Ron himself and his professionalism. We had an issue with the hardware in one of our showers and it would leak water everywhere as long as the water to the house was on. I called Ron in the morning, explained the problem and sent him pictures to him. As it turned out, the piece I needed to replace was almost non-existent locally and would need to be ordered. Ordering something was not even a consideration due to the issues with quarantine from The Rona. Despite having an already jammed packed day, Ron continued calling around to parts locations and ultimately found the part we needed in an entirely different city. Ron then drove an hour each way just to pick up the part and bring it to our house. It took him all of five minutes to repair it. Through it all, he maintained contact with me throughout the day giving me updates as he went along. As soon as he was able to get the part we needed, he notified me that he was on his way. After all of his time, effort and travel he spent on locating this part, he could have charged me outrageously and been justified for doing so, but he didn't. He was more than extremely fair with his price. That he went to that extent of effort and trouble to locate a part for a repair that he knew wasn't going to take him long says a lot about his professionalism and his dedication to taking care of customers in need. I don't make any promise lightly but I do promise this; if I am ever in need of a plumber for anything, Ron will always be my first call and he will always be the first name I offer if asked for a plumbing recommendation."
