I have been using them for a long time and you can usually find most everything that you need there. Their pricing is about average and they really know what they are doing. You can normally find a service person to help you and I will use them again in the future.

After I explained what i wanted done, he proceeded to measure and went back to his car to write it up. 25 minutes later they came back into my house and proceeded to give me a 45 minute sales speil. Not only was it more gutters than I wanted, it cost WAY more than I wanted to pay. After I told them we would think about it (mainly because I am too polite to tell them no to their face) they tried to steamroll over me and put down the other contrators I got estimates from. It was completely wrong of them to hog my time this way, especially since it was dinner time and they knew my dinner was ready. After I led them out of my house, they then sat in their car in front of my house for more than 30 minutes. Ridiculous! NEVER EVER EVEN ASK HOME DEPOT FOR AN ESTIMATE, THEY WILL DRIVE YOU NUTS!!!!
Description of Work: I had home depot over for an estimate on gutters.

We bought the house with newly installed laminated floor in living, dining and hallway. The seller got the materials and the labor by Home Depot. He handed us original invoice to enjoy the 15 year warranty. Soon we ordered the same kind of laminated floor for 3 bedrooms in Home Depot. The cost of material delivery was shocking expensive - $80, more than fridge, washer and dryer together and their installation! In store we were said that the delivery is "curb delivery" - the heavy boxes with the flooring will stay outside. We are a not-so-young couple and can't bring the heavy boxes inside. Then we were promised that the delivery man will bring the flooring inside. When he showed up, he said that he had no instructions to bring the boxes inside. We had to call to his manager to get the flooring indoors. When their crew showed up to install the floor they started with measuring the moisture level. Nobody said us before that moisture level is important and nobody measured it before we paid for the material and job. More, they required us to sign the result of the measurement. I do not understand the figures, is it good enough for the installation or not and why. We signed one copy of a form. I asked to copy the form, they didn't love that, but I had a copy machine ready, so they had no reason not to allow me to make a copy. First we noticed a bubble in the dining about 3 months after we moved in. We called to Home Depot and they said that we were not the original customer, their warranty un-transferable, so they won't fix it. There is no one single word about un-transferability of the warranty in all the papers the customer see before and even after the payment. About a month later we noticed bubbles in master bedroom, hallway and one bedroom. Since we had problems with the flooring we were "original customers", the crew was sent to inspect the floor. We showed them all parts of the house, and they scheduled a day for repairing. One more time we had the same problem with the delivery. At the day of the appointment the crew started with the master bedroom. The problem was with the wrong installation and it was fixed, more or less, the same problem was in the hallway and other bedroom. They pulled several boards out and showed us a layer of water under and above the under-layment. Several boards were deteriorated by moisture. They took pictures and called their boss. Their boss arrived and said us that the floor requires the constant temperature of 74 degrees and constant moisture level to be in shape. We asked where it is written, he couldn't find it. He said the crew to stop pull the deteriorated floor out and to put several new boards above the wet floor and the go out. They even tried to make us signed that we are satisfied with their job, but we wrote that the problem remains. We filed complaint with Attorney General of LA and BBB. Home Depot proudly refuses to fix the floor and to give us the written answer about moisture level. Bad Job!
