FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

This included turning flat ceiling into cathedral ceiling, new drywall and insulation, new wood and tile flooring, full closet reworking, new tub and sink, new bath tile, new windows, new mini-split a/c unit, new light fixtures, and new exterior siding. He gave us a timeframe, and sure enough, the project was finished up within that timeframe. No delays, no excuses. All the work is extremely high quality. We told Louis what we wanted, and he worked with us to make decisions that were reasonable for our space and within our price range. If one of our ideas wouldn't work, he'd take the time to explain why. He never tried to push us to anything more expensive than we wanted. He works with excellent electricians (Ray and Francis), excellent painters, excellent sheetrock guys, and excellent frameless shower installers. Throughout the work, Louis kept telling us that all he wanted for us was to have something that would be special for our family. That's exactly what he gave us. After the big bathroom/bedroom remodel, we've gone back to him again for an additional shower installation, some electrical work, and even some roofing. I would trust Louis with any project. Unlike other contractors that we spoke to, Louis is extremely responsive, punctual, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Most contractors are flaky. Not Louis. By using a staffing agency, I am able to service all sizes of projects. SUB contractors are used for work that we do not specialize in like concrete finishing. COST IS DETERMINED BY THE JOB. Old pea gravel was removed and replaced with a stone walkway and numerous other plants were installed, as well as top soil and mulch put down. I wasn’t at hope the first couple of days when the project finished, so Ray came by to water everything. After payment was rendered, he came back to make some small adjustments to account for water drainage after the 8 inches of rain fell in one day. Would definitely use again, as Ray takes pride in his work and wants to make sure the customer is happy."
