"I called in requested a recaulk on my shower they installed back in 2016. Office was very friendly and quick to get me a service ticket out to the repair man! They had him out two days later!! He did a great job and was very friendly! I’ve had no issues with my shower and i love it! And incredibly Thankyou they offer upkeep service like the recaulking to keep it looking beautiful!!!"

He changed the hardware on my toilet but did not change the connector hose. He said he was going to Lowes to buy one and would be right back. He never came back. He left the job incomplete and a huge mess in my bathroom. This was very unprofessional. I reco.mend that no one hire him unless they wish to pay for unsatisfactory work."
