Window World of Central Louisiana

I had some put in in 2012, more in 2014. When a spring broke in 2022, it took FIVE WEEKS to have it replaced so I could use the window--put it up and down! I complained to Better Business Bureau--evidently that was enough to get the owner to finally come. In 2025 another spring broke. It took another FIVE WEEKS to get the replacement spring and have it installed. The person who installed it, didn't adjust it properly. I could open the window, but it took all my weight to get it back down! I had hoped it'd ease, but in four months, it hadn't changed. I called to have someone come back and fix it. It took two weeks to be done right. The windows themselves are wonderful--energy-saving, easy to clean. Good product.

Had Window World install windows. This was the second attempt. The first windows were measured incorrectly. The windows were installed by unlicensed sub contractors. The owner, Luke, refused to come see the install when I asked him to come. He said the same guy that installed them would be back to “touch them up”. I’ve had two other licensed contractors come look at the windows. Both said the windows were the wrong size and they tried to fill the void with copius amounts of caulk. One said it was the worst install he’d ever seen. The owner is refusing to refund me and is telling me they are installed correctly. A Hurricane is about to make and fall and my windows are no longer waterproof.

They arrived at about 11 a.m. and began work promptly. They did an excellent job and cleaned up all of their mess. They showed us how do use the windows and clean them. I have am so pleased, they look amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about window replacements. Thinking about calling them back to do a front door replacement.

It was satisfactory, but very messy. I would be willing to hire them again.

I had a lot of windows put in.  They were good.  The lady came in and gave us a demonstration.  I had seen their advertisements on TV and I liked what I saw.  They were professional.  She's been back to check and I was real satisfied.  When I called her to get an estimate she came right out and they made all the measurements.  They took a week or two before they made the windows because all the windows they do are custom made for your house.  It took a couple of weeks but then they came out and installed them in one day.
