"He used a screen instead of a sander. He told me that it would get the scuff marks out, and I had told him I wanted it sanded and stained and varnished. He didn?t get the varnish off. He didn?t get the dust off. He varnished over a Mardi Gras glass bead, bird poo, old dark wood stain drops, dog hair, a string from a mop, part of a head from a cotton swab, a varnished over dust. I can?t get any of that stuff up. He varnished over black hot glue. I had just swept it. I hadn?t done anything else because if you sand it, you?re gonna get everything off. I paid him $1500 which was cheaper than the sanding because he told me the screening would do the same thing. This is horrible and I had asked him to sand, but since he was a professional, I went along with his Suggestion. I paid him because he told me I couldn?t walk in there and I couldn?t get to it because the furniture was in the way I could only see it from the back of the kitchen. I wouldn?t recommend this company to redo a dog floor"
