Al is hands on from choosing the right product to advising and problem solving. Great customer satisfaction! His installers are professional and do excellent work as well! Can’t get that service and knowledge at big stores.

Work was done in a Timely manner, did not have to wait long for product or appointment. Installers very professional and easy to work with. Salesman/owner Al very nice and helpful, understood what I needed, and even help move my furniture!

It went well

It was hard to live here in such a mess, but Al & his workmen made it bearable. We had all the cheap bamboo ripped up & rep]aced with wood look ceramic tile. All 3 baths were retiled & 2 bedrooms recarpeted. They worked area by area, so we could live here with 3 dogs too.

We had this work performed between Christmas and New Years 2016 and the crew stayed on our demanding schedule with all smiles.

We lived in our house with 3 dogs during the whole job!!! It went great! When I called Al he promptly returned all my calls & usually answered the phone most of the time! His workmen were very neat & professional! They were always on time, trustworthy & let me know everyday what was going on! Al came every day or 2 to inspect their work & make sure I was happy with it! I was very nervous about having to do such a big job while living in my home!! !Al Elliot & his crew made it bearable! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing floor work done! He is very knowledgeable & actually listens to what you want, need & can afford!!!!

It was just two rooms because the whole house is tile. I love Mr. Elliot. He was way early, way punctual. I have been using him. He's carpeted three houses of mine, before hurricane Katrina and after.

This is a ongoing job I am doing all the floors in my home. I like the work they have done so far and I will continue to use them in the future.
