A Natchitoches owned and operated company. We value honesty and integrity in all aspects of our business. Background checks done on all associates. We offer a variety of home improvement services that are customized to each individual project. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, as well as our commitment to outstanding results. We look forward to building lasting relationships with our clients. We aren't satisfied unless you are satisfied.

"The guy was nice enough, but the work was scheduled for Friday, June 13 at 8 am; he didn?t show up until 9 am. He stopped working around 3 pm and said he would come back at 9 am on Saturday; he didn?t arrive until about noon. A storm came up at 2 pm, stopping his work. He waited for a while then said he would come back on Monday. He also left materials and tools on my lawn, which I had to move on Sunday so that I could cut the lawn. Finally, the completed job was done haphazardly; the tops of the pickets are not straight, unlike the original fence. See the attached photo?the section with new pickets (far left) is straight, but the one next to it with old pickets is not; the section on the middle right is not straight, and the section with the new and old pickets (far right) is straight. I had specifically asked him to straighten the tops, and he never did."

"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

RepairClinic is a retailer and distributor of OEM appliance, HVAC system, and outdoor power equipment parts. RetailClinic does not offer repair services; the company offers free repair resources including more than 5,000 how-to videos to empower DIY-ers and technicians to fix appliances and equipment on their own. RepairClinic.com® makes fixing things easy for millions of people. Founded in 1999, it is North America’s trusted online store with replacement parts for major household appliances, outdoor power equipment and heating and cooling equipment. Millions of parts for 160 brands are stocked at its 86,000-square-foot facility in Canton, Michigan. It offers a generous, no-hassle 365 Days. Period.® return policy. In-stock parts are guaranteed to ship the same business day. Visit RepairClinic.com for more information.

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

If we have spare phones, we can offer you a temporary phone to use while yours is getting repaired.

"My Dad left an ipad to get a new battery at the Stone Oak location at the beginning of December to the tune of $230. When he picked it up the ipad turned on, but then once it was home, it died again and would not turn back on. He took it back to the store and they called him to tell him it had water damage. (Though it's never been near water and they didn't "find" it with the battery repair.) They finally called on Christmas Eve to tell him that it was ready, when he called back on the 26th they told him it wasn't actually quite ready, they needed to do some checks on it. I called twice, my mom called, and yes, my Dad called. FINALLY when I went in on Wednesday with him to find out what was going on, I was informed that the ipad had been sent to the San Pedro location and that I could talk to the manager there. I talk to one person who gave me the song and dance of water damage again and then I talked to the manager. I was informed that as soon as you walk out the door, there is no warranty on their battery, so my Dad must have done something to the ipad within the days he got home... the "water damage" happened when he got home too by the way. These folks are complete crooks. When I asked the guy why he would charge a senior $230 plus whatever he WAS going to charge for water damage (I assured them we would not be paying any more) when he could buy a new one for $350 at Costco, he said that it was their job to repair them and that he'd be out of a job if he told people it was a wiser decision to buy a new device. He actually had the nerve to tell me that my car mechanic would do the same thing instead of telling me to buy a new car. (I assured him that my awesome Mechanic would NEVER have me make a repair that wasn't in my best interest.) The manager also told me that if he had that conversation with every customer that came in his store, it would take 5-10 minutes per customer and he didn't have that kind of time. Oh. My. I was told that magically the ipad would be ready for me to pick up that night or the following morning and I had them assure me that it would be working. (Now almost 2 months later.) It was. So... dropped of at the Stone Oak (Evans and 281) location and then was sent to San Pedro. DO NOT use Dr. Phonez for anything more than a quick screen repair as apparently that's the only thing they can get good reviews on."

Glaziers questions, answered by experts

Most bathroom mirrors last 10 to 15 years with regular maintenance. The actual lifespan is determined by the quality of the mirror, its materials, the way it was hung, and the overall ventilation and humidity level in your bathroom. Meanwhile, LED bathroom mirrors tend to have a lifespan of 30,000 to 50,000 hours.

Yes, WD-40 can remove stickers from glass thanks to its chemical properties that can break down adhesives. Be sure to wear protective gloves when handling WD-40. Spray the window or glass item, and let it sit for 10 minutes before scraping it with a plastic scraper or credit card.

Wall-to-wall mirrors have fallen out of popularity in recent years and have several drawbacks. They take up a lot of space, which can overwhelm small bathrooms. If you like the look, a wall of reflective medicine cabinets can add storage. Just keep in mind that a wall of mirrors requires more maintenance because smudges and splashes are more visible than on a wall.

The cost of adding glass to your kitchen cabinet doors depends on the number of cabinets, type of glass, and labor costs. Glass typically costs between $5 to $20 per sheet and you can expect to purchase complementary hardware materials for $2 to $50 each. If you’re hiring a cabinet professional to install glass in your cabinet doors, ask them for a specific estimate before hiring.

Prior to the middle part of the 1900s, glass manufacturers used a technique that involved blowing glass into cylinder shapes that were then flattened out to create sheets used for windows and doors. This technique often left behind ripples and inconsistencies in the glass.
