Plumber had to glue connections to pipe. Plumber put all products back under sink & cleaned up his mess. Do not charge me.

Mr. Freeman came over on a Monday and took the dryer apart to see what the problem was.  He told me exactly what was needed to repair the dryer.  He order the parts needed for the repair that day.  The part came in and on Wednesday he repaired and cleaned my dryer while it was apart.  The dryer works well again.  I will definitely call Mr. Freeman the next time another appliance breaks.

We were desperate with a washer full of clothes & water that wouldn’t open out. Conway came ASAP and fixed the washer within 1 hour.

Conway and assistant were on time. went to work on the dryer, cleaned their mess. Put dryer back in place. Very good work.

Was on time and very good service.

Conway and helper were very nice and completed job in a timely manner. Checked later to make sure all was O. K.

Ever since a socket in the kitchen was changed, some of the lights had been out. When the electrician came, she went through the house checking all the wires and sockets. She finally came in the kitchen and said the wires were switched and switched them back. After she switched them back, everything started working again. Mr. Conway was very nice, but the electrician should have started where I indicated I believed the problem was instead of checking that last. The electrician was not very efficient.

He did a great job. He was very nice and courteous. He even cleaned up his mess.

He's helper came to my home and he was polite and fixed it.

Conway tried several options. None worked.

From what I was told he was on time and knew exactly what he was doing.

Arrived on time. Worked quietly. Professional + courteous. Calls if unable to keep appointment time.

I called in the morning, he returned call prior to lunch, he came by as stated that afternoon - promptly performed job.

Conway was professional and very easy to work with. He went above and beyond to get the part needed for the job and was very accommodating with our schedule.

Could have been less talkative. One item on bill can't understand the handwriting for $10.00. Paid helper only $10.00 left he did most of the work.

The service man came the same day we called and finished the same day.

He arrived on time, clean cut. He ordered things for me that can not be purchased in our small town.
