Initially I hired him to do some ceiling drywall repair after a small roof leak, replace a few exterior doors, replace some rotten siding, and fix a non-working gate. His work was great. But I also added on a number of other small items as he worked and he did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. He also made some good suggestions regarding problems he identified around the house that should be addressed in the future, without being pushy at all."

"The job was so-so. They were very polite but I do feel the language barrier didn’t help. The flooring was not installed correctly. The tiles should have been staggered but they were laid side by side. The repair in the bathroom wall was horrible. I had a recessed paper holder and wanted it removed and the wall patched. At first the patch of wood (the wall is old time paneling that I like the look of) was put in against the grain… really?? I asked them to change it and the results were worse. I have since found a paper holder that covers the botched up mess. I can’t honestly recommend them for jobs on older homes."
