"Called Jim for this job because he had done prior work for me,and he impressed me with his excellent  skills and helpful attitude.
At the time he was working in New Orleans,and although he doesn't  service the Ponchatoula area, he agreed to go out of his way and stop by my house on his way home that evening. He lives in Mandeville more than 10 miles away. He checked out the shower and traveled 10 miles  to the nearest Home Depot for a part, found that they didn't carry it. He then told me he would get the part from another source and returned the next day, repaired the shower and once again left a very satisfied customer. I hope that if I need plumbing work in the future he will agree to come. He is knowledgeable, highly skilled and most of all a kind and caring professional. "Responded promptly to telephone message. Came same day. After inspection gave firm cost and labor estimate. Left and promptly returned with parts. Replaced right sink strainer unit (essential sections copper). Replaced pipes under sink to insure that drain from sink had a sufficient gradient to flow freely to the connection with the pipe from the garbage disposal in the other sink to prevent the existing waste build up in the connection and old horizontal section of the drain pipe (a problem I did not know we had). Efficient, reasonable and very pleasant professional plumber. Immaculate, careful cleanup of work area."

He responded right away and ordered 3 locks /covers. As soon as it came in, he headed to my home within hours. The job was done on time, clean, very professionally and within budget. Because I’m out of town he sent pictures of the work that was done. I later disclosed to him about a contractor stealing my water. We talked about security measures and he recommended to me security cameras that I could use for that purpose that would work within my budget and that he would install for me.
