"I liked that I was able to get a quote over the phone for labor of replacing my water heater. I called on the Friday before Christmas, worried no one would have time to fix it before Christmas Day. The technician explained how to choose my new water heater, we purchased it, and David and TJ came to install it just 2 days after my call! "David was able to come out the day after we called (just before Xmas, busy time). He recommended replacing the sink rather than trying to replace busted Grohe hot water cartridge (due to age and cost). So he then came back the next day to install the faucet we went and bought. A few days later we noticed a small leak had developed, so he returned a day later (no cost to us) and resealed to stop the leak. Despite having to drive from Eastbank to Westbank three times and spend 90 mins on labor, the total charge was $142. Totally fair."
