"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

"Called Jim for this job because he had done prior work for me,and he impressed me with his excellent  skills and helpful attitude.
At the time he was working in New Orleans,and although he doesn't  service the Ponchatoula area, he agreed to go out of his way and stop by my house on his way home that evening. He lives in Mandeville more than 10 miles away. He checked out the shower and traveled 10 miles  to the nearest Home Depot for a part, found that they didn't carry it. He then told me he would get the part from another source and returned the next day, repaired the shower and once again left a very satisfied customer. I hope that if I need plumbing work in the future he will agree to come. He is knowledgeable, highly skilled and most of all a kind and caring professional. He recommended replacing the sink rather than trying to replace busted Grohe hot water cartridge (due to age and cost). So he then came back the next day to install the faucet we went and bought. A few days later we noticed a small leak had developed, so he returned a day later (no cost to us) and resealed to stop the leak. Despite having to drive from Eastbank to Westbank three times and spend 90 mins on labor, the total charge was $142. Totally fair."
