I called Howard from Affordable Drain Cleaning & More, then we continued communicating through text messages and emails. I purchased the water-heater online around 1PM, he picked it up at the store around 2PM and installed it soon after in the apartment. Within 3 hours everything was completed very professionally and my tenant was very pleased. Great communication and great service. I highly recommend this company and I will use it again when I need something done in my rental properties."
