BUYER BEWARE I had to file a claim regarding a dispute over a pool heater. It cost me $500 just to get William Kopfler Jr. served because none of the addresses his company is registered to were valid. At the time of our dispute, he was operating without a contractor?s license. He was properly served but never responded, resulting in a default judgment. Unfortunately, I doubt we?ll ever recover our loss. I am posting this to help others avoid a similar experience. If anyone else has dealt with this, feel free to reach out ? We hired William A Kopfler Jr , owner of Summit Builders LLC (also operating as Summit Pool Services) to renovate our pool, deck, and driveway. After paying over $50,000, the work was left incomplete, poorly executed, and eventually abandoned altogether. Despite repeated attempts to reach a resolution, we received no communication or accountability. What little work was done was unusable and far below professional standards. Since then, we have discovered similar complaints from others, which suggests this is not an isolated incident. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend exercising extreme caution and avoiding this business owner. We are currently pursuing all available legal avenues to recover our losses and hold those involved accountable.

Will is no where to be found - not returning phone calls or emails. Went to the office he has listed - there is no office. Already bene paid 60k and project has been abandoned. If anyone knows where the find this guy - let me know!

Will was very nice and knew what was talking about after I explained my problem . His price was very reasonable compared to others.would hire him again in a second.

great job from Angi who took my call and sent me the proof of insurance all the way to the technician who installed the new pump and multiport. Great job all the way around.

Summit has done a few projects for me now. Always quick, reasonably priced, and explain what I need and why. Will use them again.

They are friendly and hard working. They ask what you want and also advise you on options. Due to weather an my personal time constraints it took a month. I had pool resurfaced and new pump and and filtering system installed and all leaks and old pipes changed. Iâ m happy with my results.

The project came out better than expected. I gave the designer my vision and they executed! The travertine brighten my back yard up.

Me and my partner wanted to make our backyard look beautiful and a lot of contractors refused to work with us or would judge us in some way or form but not Will. We wanted a small pool to enjoy our summers with in our new home thank you will and your team for doing such a great job and always being so very nice too me and Robert.
