They spent at least 3 weeks meticulously prepping and restoring the house before painting to ensure the finished work would be perfect. What I anticipated to be just a paint job was a restoration of historic district standards. My house was restored to late 1800s perfection. More importantly, Marioâ s payment installations kept me informed of costs so nothing was unexpected. This experience with RH & MS was an extremely positive experience. I hired them to renovate my home after Barry flooded the total ground floor of my 1200 sq. foot home. Several HomeAdvisor contractors gave me quotes on the job. RH & MS was not the lowest, but, the attention to detail in the initial walk thru separated them from the other contractors. They quickly worked to totally gut the house and re-mediate the floors, wall and insulation to prevent the growth of mold. They did an excellent job of replacing sheet rock, insulation, and painting. I was impressed by how the punctual and friendly crew cleaned up after every work day. Mike said it would take about three months and they finished one week shy of three months.
