"Came out and wrote a very concise report on condition of our roof. It had been damaged by hail. Worked with insurance adjuster to finalize our claim. They were very Respectful and followed my requests. They cleaned up fairly good. My Windows look good and all work properly. One complaint is that no one from the company followed up after installation."

"It did not go as well as we had hoped.  He missed straightening out/tightening  some of the siding slats and I had to call him back to make corrections in the places which were still sagging.  He did not appear to understand the type of repair that was needed to straighten out and secure the siding slats.
