"I left a $9,000 deposit with Comfort Engineered Systems over 11 months ago to have a home generator installed. 6 months passed without any follow up by the company. I then placed 15 calls/messages to the company’s voicemail and answering service without ever receiving a single return call. I was finally left with no choice but to physically show up at the company’s office and demand to speak to the owner (Edward Perez). He claimed he never received any of my call and “just by coincidence” I was “next on the list” to have a generator installed. Five more months went by without any contact from the company. I placed another dozen calls to them, none of which were returned. Again, left with no other option I again had to physically show up at the company’s office to get a response as to why I was being completely ignored after having left a $9,000 deposit. When I got to the company’s office it was completely empty although the company’s name was still on the door. Fortunately there was another tenant in the building who informed me that Comfort Engineered had vacated the premises several months earlier and he thought they may have moved to Harrahan. The company’s website still listed the previous address so I had to do some detective work to find the location of their office in Harrahan. I again physically showed up at the company and requested a return of my deposit since over 11 months had passed, I had never received a single communication from the company and they were continuing to ignore my telephone messages. I would like to hand my full deposit returned so that I can move on with my project with someone else. Mr. Perez told me that “we do not return any deposits after 3 days” and again, by coincidence, I was “next on the list”. I told him that if I did not receive a refund of my deposit I was going to pursue legal action and walked out. Mr. Perez ran after me in the parking lot saying he could install my generator next week. Mr. Perez is the most dishonest businessman I have met in 30 years of doing construction/renovation work. Stay away from this guy like the plague."

"Complete fraudulent company. Service call-Rent house #1, 9 year old unit: they said we needed a new one. We bought a new one. Service call-Rent house #2, 5 year old unit: they said we needed a new one. I got smart and called another company. Sure enough, the other company changed out the power board which was under warranty and it didn't cost a thing. We also have a "Preferred Membership" (with Doug's) on these houses which we are supposed to get annual maintenance, no overtime fees etc. However, they do not honor the program, they did charge overtime fees and we have never had anyone call for a scheduled maintenance. To top it off, nobody will call back if you have a complaint and because they had my debit account info for a completely different house, they were able to take money out of my account to pay the bill I was trying to dispute. So my advise-Use a more reputable company that cares about service."

"I've been with Posigen for about 7 years now and have always paid my bills on time!!!! As of Feb. 2022, I haven't been able to monitor my Solar Production because Posigen haven't updated their system to 5g Capability!!! I told them my payments are to be deferred until they update the system on their end!!! I spoke with a couple Reps that said your panels are producing what they should based on your production on your Electric Bill!!! I asked how can I know if I cant see the daily production to ensure the panels are producing what they should!!! They said take my word for it!!! I'm like that's very bogus to tell a faithful customer to take your word!!! Especially when the issue is not on their end!!! Now because of Non-Payments for 2 months of me not knowing what I'm producing since Feb, they're now threatening to shut my system off!!! Who treats a customer like this when the issue is on their end!!! Especially when that customer has been making faithful payments up into them not upgrading the system on their end!!! Can someone please recommend A good lawyer to stop them from interfering with system!!! Again, the issue is not on my end!!! I need help!!!!"
