"Very honest and reliable. Was under the impression because of a home inspection that a home that I had sold had issues with the damper on one of the fireplaces. Was very pleased with Tim at 123 Chimney sweep. He could have taken advantage of me since I believed the home inspector. He showed me that both dampers were fine. and he even took videos. "He was a real character. He talked a lot and said that he couldn't do it because I think he said the chimney needed to be aligned or something. He just cleaned a little bit right around the fireplace and the immediate opening. He didn't do the entire chimney. He wasn't going to charge me anything so I gave him a tip for what he did do."
