They came to do a chimney sweep. Well I just discovered they dumped there debris that they cleaned out of my fire place in my garden including a log that was half burnt. I do not feel that this was very professional or respectful of my property.

I have lived in my home for 30 years and while we have cleaned our chimney I have never had a "professional chimney sweep".
I selected Gina ( the owner) by Angie's list reviews in my area,,,,THAT WAS SMARTER THAN I THOUGHT. I got a prompt and professional returned call from my inquiry. I was surprised that Gina was able to give me an exact price quote before coming out. She was very nice, professional explained to me exactly what would happen and who would come and the time frame to expect.
She was on point with scheduling!
I was particularly happy to hear the history of the business and it helped me decide. The company was started by her father a retired fire fighter , and now she is in business with him if I understand that correct. I was in the middle of a remodel, she was very accommodating about meeting me and was right on schedule. There were three people, all very nice. The man who actually did the cleaning is a retired fire fighter himself, that was reassuring to know who was looking at the chimney. No mess AT ALL!
My husband mentioned we needed a new something or other at the top so I asked them to check it. I was prepared to pay the extra money for a repair that we knew nothing about. Luckily for me they were honest and said everything was good and not in need of repairs only regular maintenance. You never know if you're gonna get a used car salesman in situations like this , but clearly they are honest and practice good business.
All in all I was very happy! I would highly recommend them for any service based on my experience with them. Its important to support local businesses in your community, and I am glad I did. Will definitely be on a one year schedule from now on . Thanks Gina.

The team was great, professional and very friendly! The team of three arrived early, set up a cloth to protect the rest of the room from soot and thoroughly vacuumed the area before leaving. The whole sweep and inspection took about 30 minutes.

They were very professional and clean as well as courteous with our property. They were also very polite and were a delight to work with.

Very good.well. The first appointment got rescheduled due to weather. They showed up for the 2nd appointment on time. They were very courteous, respected our property, put drop cloths down, moved furniture etc. Cleaned up when done.

The service person was prompt, did a very good job, and didn't leave a mess. I recommend them.

I contacted Slidell Pressure washing and Chimney Sweeps on Monday, October 10 to request a fireplace cleaning and inspection. I spoke directly to Joe, and we set up an appointment for Wednesday morning at 11:00 AM, with the provision that they would call before arriving, and/or to arrive earlier. They called this morning to ask if it were alright if they came a little early (10:15 instead of 11:00) which was fine. Joe and his assistant arrived promptly, and they did a thorough cleaning and inspection of my fireplace, and were very careful in protecting my home and furnishings during the process. They were quick, clean, efficient, and very professional, and I would definitely recommend their service.
