They are prompt , very professional ( take their shoes off at the door every time ) and during the last two years dealing with the COVID, outbreak , they wear masks the entire time while they have been in my home . They work quick / in a timely manner and leave the area they have been working in iorder when done . Craig takes to explain everything he is doing with the job and gives me ample time to express any concerns/ questions I have .
