"I contacted Mister Sparky to evaluate and repair electrical issues with a breaker, outlets and canned lighting at a property I manage. Someone contacted me immediately, gave me a reasonable visit fee quote and scheduled the technician for the very next morning. They were prompt, communicated very well throughout the process and completed the work swiftly. The pricing was reasonable and quoted to me in detail before the work began. It's great to know I have an electrician I can trust for my clients properties and my own. I'm thrilled they were willing to go to Slidell and work in New Orleans as well. Great company!!"

"Electric Solutions were awesome and I was given an appointment the same day. Barry arrived at scheduled appointment time, he was very professional. I also had a crew of painters at the house, of course furniture out of place and plastic draping everywhere which he navigated through with no problems. I explained the work the previous electrician did that caused the problem. Barry immediately started troubleshooting!! He fixed the problem in an acceptable amount of time. His price was extremely reasonable. I will absolutely call Barry for any electrical needs in the future. I highly recommend Electric Solutions!!"

"They have done wonderful work in our yard. It was very good. Superb, in fact they continue to work on our lawn and they come back periodically and mow and check out all of the gardens and everything."

"David did a wonderful job landscaping our back yard. He brought in about 10 Sasanqua bushes, planted them in new soil and mulched all the beds. He is reliable and knowledgeable. We told him we hoped to get the work done so the yard would look nice for Thanksgiving, and he accommodated us by doing the work the day before the holiday. If you need landscaping, do not hesitate to hire David Cedotal."

Lighting questions, answered by experts

Your maintenance needs revolve around the type of foundation you choose, as well as how you furnish or decorate it. Patios require little else other than the occasional hose-down, but decks and other wooden structures will require annual power washing and sealing. You may also need to restain the wood every two to three years.

Adding a solid roof rather than building a pergola or leaving the space open will make maintenance much easier. Without a roof, you will need to spend more time sweeping, washing, and covering your furniture to protect it from UV bleaching.

Testing tools, such as Christmas light testers, non-contact proximity electrical testers, and multimeters, all simplify the process of testing Christmas lights. However, without one or more of those tools, testing Christmas lights the old-fashioned way only works sometimes. Without testing tools, the simplest testing method is visual inspection, which may or may not yield positive results.

Outdoor lighting repairs typically take between 1-3 hours. The exact duration can vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the problem, the extent of the damage, and the ease of access to the lighting fixtures and wiring.

Before investing in motion sensor lights, there are a couple of disadvantages worth noting. For starters, they’re not as reliable as other forms of lighting. Motion sensor lights can be accidentally triggered by pets or wind, which can become a nuisance after a while. The opposite situation can occur, too, where they don’t turn on when you need them to.

Professional repairs involve diagnosing issues, replacing components, rewiring, or repositioning fixtures to restore optimal performance.
