"They were a little higher than I expected, but I think the value is there. Their response and turn time was very fast, and the work is done correctly and professionally. They not only knew their stuff, but you could tell they enjoyed what they did, suggesting different lighting ideas & uses. "Jeff completed a project for me in Crystal Beach, TX. He did a nice job finishing out the space and was nice and responsive during the duration of the project. There are a few disappointments that we thought could have been handled better. The project completion was pushed back several times over several months. I ended up getting charged $800 for a caulk job that he originally told me cost $200. Appliances were on back order to be delivered to the property. They were going to be delivered in June'23 (1st payment on the project was Sep'22). We decided we didn't want to wait that long and told Jeff we would have them delivered to our primary address and take them down to CB, TX. He talked to me and my daughter and never mentioned the stove size he had screenshot and send me was incorrect. We now have a 24 in stove in a 30 in gap which is very frustrating since he knew and failed to mention that to either of us, nor send me a correct screenshot of what actually fit in the space."

While wet-rated and damp-rated lighting is designed to handle contact with moisture, there’s a difference between the two. Wet-rated lighting is safety-rated to be placed in areas with direct exposure to water, including your shower. Fixtures classed as wet-rated are made with waterproof seals to protect the filament and other electrical components from water and moisture. 

Damp-rated fixtures can be used in places with some moisture contact, but not direct exposure. They don’t have the same waterproof seals used in wet-rated fixtures. Damp-rated lighting can be used on your bathroom ceiling or along a wall outside of your shower.
