"Eagle has some the most efficient and hard working employees I experienced in a very long time. The are knowledgeable in the products and services which include pest control, removing old insulation, adding new insulation, and roof repairs. My son who is engineer wanted to hire these guys for his company because of their work ethic and quality of work. I was pleasantly impressed with how tidy and neat they left my home. "Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

I spoke with someone who assured me that a tech would come out on Friday and when I called back to make sure they were still coming I was informed that the appointment was moved back 2 more weeks. Meanwhile I find termites around the inside perimeter of my home and still nothing. I will be calling for a refund of all my funds. If I could give zero stars I would."
