"Living in an older home, we wondered if unseen molds and mildew were affecting our family’s health. Our allergy symptoms were becoming worse when at home and seemed to be better when we were away. We made an inquiry with Eagle to have our AC ducts cleaned; but their careful inspection and willingness to show us that with more effort, we could rid our home of rodents, pests, molds and mildew in attic affecting our home’s ventilation system. Eagle removed and replaced insulation with insulation treated with boric acid to deter pests. AC ducts were replaced, and vents were cleaned. They sealed off gaps between the attic and outside. The Eagle crew was professional and courteous. The foreman was onsite at all times making sure that we were satisfied with each stage of the job. "The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
