"Eagle has some the most efficient and hard working employees I experienced in a very long time. The are knowledgeable in the products and services which include pest control, removing old insulation, adding new insulation, and roof repairs. My son who is engineer wanted to hire these guys for his company because of their work ethic and quality of work. I was pleasantly impressed with how tidy and neat they left my home. I will be calling them to replace my roof in the very near future. Exceptional customer service is a bonus. "

"I’ve had Arrow for almost a year and have only seen a tech once. Yet I’m still being charged quarterly. I spoke with someone who assured me that a tech would come out on Friday and when I called back to make sure they were still coming I was informed that the appointment was moved back 2 more weeks. Meanwhile I find termites around the inside perimeter of my home and still nothing. I will be calling for a refund of all my funds. If I could give zero stars I would."
