"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Richard was flexible with us since the bank kept changing the closing date. It came to the point that the carpet was being installed a day after Richard's 2 men started. They decided to start working as soon as we closed on the house. Richard and his men bought the paint as soon as we closed and called him to confirm closing. The two men stayed that night until the 3 bedrooms were done( they chose to do so on their own, not us asking) since the next day the carpet was being torn out and replaced. They finished the painting and repairing the one corner siding piece before their expected finish date. The two guys who did the work were personable and professional. They kept us updated with their timeline. Richard called us during the work to see if there was anything we needed or concerned about. Next year we are thinking about remodeling the kitchen. We will be calling Richard first. He was professional yet made us feel like we have known him for awhile."

"Got the last-minute siding maintenance deal.
It was a while ago, but I remember that he rescheduled a couple of times, and then when he did come he was late and seemed irritated. He looked at the house and gave me an astronomical estimate to basically replace all the weatherboards. (I told him I knew they were in kindof rough shape, but I didn't need the whole house to be redone-- I just wanted to see if he could fix a couple of the bad ones.)  It felt like he was totally annoyed and condescending with me because my house wasn't perfect and because I live in a neighborhood that's a little rough. Seemed like he was not exactly used to being called out to an area like my 'hood.  We agreed that he could do some minimal work to at least get the value of the angie's list deal purchase. Weeks went by and nobody never called to follow up. 
Maybe he just had a bad day--everyone has one, and I understand that--but my experience was not a good one. 
I ended up calling Angie's list and they refunded my money for the deal.
