We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. No of this happened with me, all I got was a $200 bill for brushes off debris to ensure connection. Said there was before and after photos .. none. After speaking with Mervin he stated it would have been better to replace instead of clean. So why not offer than instead of “brushing” debris and then wanting to charge me for replacement? Now Leslie is texting me saying Mervin still hasn’t be able to contact me. So disorganized and classic used car salesman tactic."
