Old carpet and ceramic were removed and new wood floors were installed. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and installation. It was an easy experience from start to finish. Both sales staff and installers were professional, customer service oriented, and knowledgeable.

Dancare was able to completely remove carpet stains that I had given up on. During the last cleaning they did 4 rooms stairs a closet and a large area rug. Dancare also does a good job cleaning up at the end and thoroughly raking the carpets.

The installers were great. They had to move our furniture to install the carpet ad flooring. There was only one problem. They scratched my new flooring in the living room moving the furniture. However, they replaced the planks that were scratched and I have no complaints.

The young guy that showed up was quick and professional. He seemed to know what he was doing very well. Not only was my carpet cleaned but they handled all of my furniture and "stuff" with care.
