I had 70's paneling in the den and dining area. wall paper in two bathrooms and an entrance way. The paneling was filled with material, the wall paper checked to insure the painting would last, and all the trim in each room painted. All was painted with good quality paint. The job was done quickly, with cleanup after each day and at the finish. All cabinets in bathroom were painted. I had 3 estimates and Certapro was the best priced. The estimate process was so professional; Michael, the rep, measured, put the information in his computer and printed the cost in a few minutes. The paint team was great and also professional. Matter of fact I recommended this company to a friend today.

The paint team were punctual and was consistent throughout the process. They surveyed the job and understood the tasks assigned. They did a beautiful job of painting with minimal concerns. The team that Certapro sent to paint the outside of my house were the best! Gustavo and Hernando were meticulous in every detail from the pressure wash, to the wood repairs, to main color and trim. Late for the time to begin work. Had to call back to do work properly. Would not recommend.

Our painters were very polite, very respectful of our furniture and things, showed up on time, and cleaned up well after each days work. Follow-up was prompt and accommodating. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. Their performance has made us very happy! (I am an interior designer with years of experience.)

First impression was what I was looking for, timely response, got me on production calendar quick. The Overall job of the Painters was OK, the guys worked quick, cleaned up after themselves. I am happy with the work they did. My issues came when it came to settle up. I was given several estimates per my request (a few options on painting cabinets) I ultimately chose the highest estimate that was sent to me in an e-mail. after the job was complete, I asked how I could settle up and what I owed, I was told verbatim * the price is in your e-mail *. I wrote a check for that amount. 2 weeks later the owner of the company emails me, looking for more money, says * my contract price was $x,xxx.xx and I only paid $x,xxx.xx, when could he expect the remaining balance *. once I explained to him the conversations, and forwarded him every E-mail, he sends me a final proposal with his price. when I call him, he states that his sales representative shouldnt have handled the proposals through e-mail, and he has had a conversation with him, so it doesnt happen to the next guy, but that I still owed the money. It was roughly an extra 1K that he mis-quoted me. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO WARN THE NEXT GUY, MAKE SURE YOU GET THE PROPER PROPOSAL AND HAVE BOTH PARTIES SIGN IT BEFORE THE WORK IS STARTED.

Mr Clyde Young and his crew was very professional and respectful. Mr Eric the painter did an excellent job. My house look beautiful. The carpenter's was very professional . Everyone cleaned up behind themselves. I would hire this crew again. Great work.

Does not reply to emails from customers after agreeing to the job, when asked did you receive my email? The contractor replies yeah, I saw it... No reason or apology for not replying. The guys doing the work got to work when scheduled and completed the work within a week.

Very pleased with the process of getting an estimate, getting the work done, and the work that was done.

Our painter, Robert was a hard worker with a difficult job. Thomas, his supervisor kept in touch and offered sound advise. Very satisfied overall.

There were some rain delays but once Mr. Thomas got started he was quick & a very professional painter. We love the color he recommended, the house looks great!
