52 Not the Doug's Service Company we used to know and could depend on. 3 weeks to repair the system. Wrong diagnosis of the AC system. Over a week of delays caused by employee vacations. Called several times and told a return call would be made which wasn't. Unacceptable from a Service Company...

They came in and ripped out the old liner. They also installed the new one. They also changed it to a salt water system. They have done a good job. I have been trying to get this done for the last year. It's hard to find someone to do it. They came out as soon as I called. I was impressed....

"Kevin was sent to my house to rewire a thermostat 5/17/24. Everything seemed great and I paid my $100 warranty call out fee. I needed to get the unit cleaned before he would rewire my thermostat. We set an appointment for 6/17/24. Today is 7/7/24 and Kevin has missed 6 appointments to date. I have already paid a call out fee for no thermostat to be rewired and he has stopped answering calls. Before today, his tech Josh was always "on the way" or I "would be the first appointment the next morning" but he will not give me any contact information for this tech. "sent people over that did not know what they was suppose to do. owner would show up at dark to remove work his workers did. he would work with a light on his head. instead of fixing leak he made it worst he also cover up rotten wood with new wood. did more damage than had already to home. had to hire a new contractor to remove his work and do job right. new contractor charged me to remove all his work due to poor workmanship. new contractor wrote letter stating this. filed a complaint with the BBB as to this date a month later he has not responded to them. he did this to my mom a 84 year old women. charged he 2511.00 dollars. do not hire this contractor he will do more damage than repair."
