52 Not the Doug's Service Company we used to know and could depend on. 3 weeks to repair the system. Wrong diagnosis of the AC system. Over a week of delays caused by employee vacations. Called several times and told a return call would be made which wasn't. Unacceptable from a Service Company...
Doug's Service CompanyIt went well, arrived quickly, tested system and determined problem, then corrected. Checked system for proper operation. Were professional and curtious.
They came in and ripped out the old liner. They also installed the new one. They also changed it to a salt water system. They have done a good job. I have been trying to get this done for the last year. It's hard to find someone to do it. They came out as soon as I called. I was impressed....

"Jim missed the first appointment. He came over the second day, briefly examined my LG refrigerator, and told me that the problem was with the compressor, not any other thing. He charged me $140 for the “diagnostics”. He said the compressor needs to be replaced and later that day he sent me a quote for cost of compressor replacement. I sent that quote to the LG company with all the details they required as the compressor had the company warranty for 10 yrs. They asked me to send me the physical address of the technician as it was not on Jim’s quote. I contacted Jim for his shop’s physical address twice but he refused to give me the address and told me that the LG company will look up for his address on the web if they want! I was not able to follow through with LG because of his lack of address."
