"Vivint is the worst company I have ever done business with. Having Vivint is a condition on my lease and, if it wasn't, I would quit in a minute. The company is so cheap about replacing malfunctioning equipment. My front door lock doesn't work and I have been working on getting a replacement for over a month. Still no luck. An appointment is not an appointment but I rough guideline to when someone may or may not show up. There are a lot of alarm companies and I could never recommend Vivint."

"Nice guy but some serious price gouging. Charged me $89 for a service call, which was fine, but then charged me $80 per pound for Freon that cost him less than $10 per pound. Insane. Please his spouts his “the Lord has blessed me....”as he rips you off. Gave a quote for a new AC and it worked out to about $4000 in labor to install. If I wanted this kind of price gouging then I would’ve used Southern Air. They’re ripoffs too but at least they let you finance their insanely inflated prices. This guy won’t be in business long if he keeps doing this. Seems to me like he needs to reread his bible....especially the parts about greed."
