As far as price, I went through my home warranty company, so I only paid a deductible. After I get my quote (as described below) I will comment on price.
From Wayne in the office who answered my call to the two gentlemen they sent out, they were very professional and nice. Their response time(s) are INCREDIBLE!
I then called the office back and the same man was back out there pronto. He ended up coming back (due to my washing machine backing up NOT because of the work he was doing) twice the same day within an hour or 2. I felt like their only customer. As far as quality, I say they are great, but I will repost in a few months to reiterate I am sure their work (making sure the leaks have stopped). They are due back here today to give me a quote on work needed to correct the pipes to my washing machine which are causing a vacuum in turn causing the sewer to back up into my washing machine. I will keep you posted. As for now, I am COMPLETELY happy with their work, response times, and their attitude and professionalism.
