Everything went well. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He called and asked if he could come early which was a plus. We were very pleased with our service.

Everyone's from their sales team to their installers were very professional! I would definitely use them again!

Two parts were found that needed to be replaced on my air handler.  The transformer and capacitor were both changed.  This did not cost since the system was under warranty.  The warranty expires in July, so I am glad this was found while the parts were still under warranty.  So, the parts were free because of warranty and labor was free because of service club membership.  If this had happened in August and I didn't have service club membership, this would have cost at least $500.  My cost was 0.

Great!  Technician was on time, professional and explained what he was doing and why.

The guy that came was a little nervous and his foot fell through the roof. They had to get somebody to repair the hole in the attic.

They're pretty good. I recommend their service. They showed up when they said they were. At one time, there was a slight problem. But they called and cancelled in plenty enough time. They had told me the day before that they might not be able to come and they would call me, and they did. They called the morning of the appointment they called to verify who the technician that was coming was. They called to say he was going to be about an hour later than they originally said. They kept the customer aware of what was going on. I had a couple of issues and I called them. They came right back out and finished the last half of the work. They're a pretty good company. Their prices were competitive with another company, but I saved a couple of hundred dollars going with them versus the other company. I have a service contract with them now.

The electricians took care of my electrical needs quickly and efficiently,  and noticing that I had gotten my riding mower stuck in the mud, without asking they got it out of the mud for me.  Unbelievable customer service!!!n  Very pleasant and friendly men.  I highly recommend them.

The person that  came out was very professional, knowledgeable and courtesy.  He checked out heating unit completely pointing out several things that need my attention. When this person leaves, we do not have to worry about it breaking down because it has been thoroughly checked.

The installers were on time as promised and the office called before their arrival to let me know they were coming to do the work. The removal of the old duct work and installation of the new duct work took less than three hours. Tthe two installers cleaned as they installed with no waste laying around.  All waste was removed  in plastic garbage bags and disposed of properly. I was completely satisfied with the work done and the knowledge of the installers. I also signed up for their preventive maintenance  program which includes a Pre-Winter and Pre-Summer Checkup, after all they are just like a car which requires regular maintenance.
