When we went to use the shower, we noticed there was an issue with the shower handle. I texted Tom at 6:30 pm. 30 minutes later he shows up at my door and fixes the issue. That level of customer service just doesn't exist much anymore. It's a comfort to know he stands behind his work. We've already discussed several other projects we'd like to complete. We really can't recommend them enough though."

He didn't explain anything to me, but he demanded that I sign their paperwork. I refused because I was not satisfied with the job that was done. I asked to speak to his superiors, and he verbally accosted me. When I checked the work myself, I noticed that the leakage issue was not resolved. I spoke to Ted from Everdry, and he admitted that the work they did was subpar. The following day, I spoke with Ted's superiors, and he also sided with me, but they did not offer a reasonable solution. I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my neighborhood. I also feel like they violated me and my property."

The work was sloppy and unprofessional: the corners of the moisture panels were left curved, concrete wasn?t poured to the walls, and the sump pump pipe was installed in front of my kitchen cabinets with only a thin, choppy, unfinished pour. I paid over $2,000 for them to stain the concrete, but they never completed the job despite multiple scheduled appointments. They now ignore calls and messages entirely, and both the owner, Kevin Phillips, and son Dylan, have full voicemail boxes. To make matters worse, the original problem?backflow in my half bath?was not resolved, and my home flooded again just weeks after their installation.
