I was losing shingles left and right due to the original contractor not installing the shingles correctly. Eclipse explained to me what was happening to my roof and continued to say that I will keep losing shingles until they are all gone. Coming from a construction background I understand this and knew that I needed to replace my roof.
Since it has been replaced I've lost no shingles, my house is cooler or warmer depending on the season and my electric bill has gone down.
Eclipse did a great job with great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone.

When the team was here to do the work, I didn't know they were coming until about 90 minutes before hand when I got a call from the receptionist, it was identified that there were some parts of the gutters that needed actual replacing. Initially Steve did not think so; however, the installer worked it with Steve who then worked it with me, which is a professional way of doing things...the installer did show/explain to me his reasoning and it made perfect sense.
I approved the 'change' in the work order and awaited the parts to arrive.
The only reason I did not give them an "A" in responsiveness is because there was not a lot of time in between notification of execution and execution, which wouldn't be an issue but I have three dogs that I needed to put in the cage. Outside of that, no complaints at all. Steve was very informative as to what was needed and the team that actually did the work (a married team) did an outstanding job. Definitely a worthwhile organization.

As you know we have had the wettest July in Louisville's history and that put us back. We did make an appointment with you walk the house to make sure that you fully understand the Big Deal. I know that you were upset because you thought your whole house was going to be done and for that I'm very sorry. In the disclaimer of the big deal there's a set footage and I don't think that you had the opportunity to review the fine print. Overall, the quality of work was great, I just wish the scheduling issues were better managed.
