I think they are all very expensive. They are good.

I always use them. I use them every time I can unless it's the weekend.

It was a sewer backup so they were out here many times. They were the cheapest.

Came and repaired broken pipe. When they arrived they went to work promptly. Job was completed in about 30 minutes.

My father used them before I came here and I've used them a number of times and they always get it right. I have no complaints ever.

Work was performed, but overcharged and quality was below par. My husband is an engineer with a maintenance background and was not pleased with the work done.

Plumber arrived. Told him about sewer line and quot;clean-outand quot; access by side of house. Plumber dug down to it, said it was for kitchen sink only. Plumber came into house, removed commode and ran a and quot;snakeand quot; auger down approx 12 feet. Put commode back in place. Paid him $318.Problem solved. Not so much. back up continued upon first use of commode. Called plumber who came back, repeated process and left. Problem remained. Called plumber back. He removed commode for the third time, ran a camera into the sewer line, said it was compromised by tree roots and that the entire line would have to be replaced; and perhaps the other sewage drain points for the rest of the house, though wouldn't know until started project.
Gave 3 separate estimates $1000, $2000, $4000. Depending on how and quot;seriousand quot; the issues were, once they got in there. All included tearing out landscaping and our driveway. Expected payment for the camera scope, whether we used them to fix the problem or not. Another $200 on top of the already $318. Who in the world gets paid for NOT fixing the problem?
We called in our old, unglamorous plumber. He snaked the drain through the existing and quot;clean outand quot; and all was well and running smoothly in about 30 minutes for the lovely price of $185. $185!!! We had to almost threaten lawsuit to get our money back from Ratterman. They were either (1) Completely inept or (2) Ripping us off. They used to be the go-to guys in this area for years, but something has definitely changed at that place.

same day service, fast repair, very courteous workers, reasonable fee. I will call them first in the future if I need a plumber.

We were getting ready to remodel downstairs so pipe was easily accessible to plumber - just stand there and reach up and make repair. Two guys showed up on time (one apprentice apparently shadowing older guy), the main plumber rolled his eyes when he saw the leak. He didn't say two words to me, walked outside, grabbed the newer plastic piping and used it to fix leak in copper pipe. I was never asked if wanted copper or not. It took him 11 minutes to fix it (not an exaggeration) and he left without saying anything, sending younger guy in to give me the bill and collect payment.
I have used Ratterman countless times since moving to Middletown 14 years ago, but the past few interactions have been unsatisfactory. There seems to have been a change in ownership or management, the professionals that used to arrive have been replaced by others. I won't use them again, when it came time to do actual remodel work that required some plumbing - I called William Branch - excellent, professional service.

The guys that came out were okay. They came in and did the work. There was a bit of a problem that they have to cut a hole in my ceiling to access the pipes and they put the piping in this plastic. I have to go back and change my ceiling a little bit to accommodate the new piping they put in, so I wasn't really happy with that but the leak stop, the work was done.

They were very good. I was looking through Angie's list and that night when we were looking for the plumbers in our area, Ratterman was only the one that could come first in the morning and they were right there and took care of. My experience was great. They were very professional. It is a very good company. They show up on time and they do what they say they are going to do.

They did a good job both times. No problems. No complaints.
