The repair was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. He left the work area better than he found it. We have used his services several other times with the same satisfied results.

Terry was once again a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, courteous, and open. There was a delay in him getting to us, but that was a result of the terrible winter weather. Once we agreed when he would come, he was prompt. Pricing was very good and fair. Will definitely use him again for my plumbing needs.

Owen came exactly on time and checked on a leak that we had noticed. We were concerned that we would have to have the ceiling torn out. He found that the leak was coming from the upstairs bathroom and repaired it. Would definitely use him again. Very professional and understanding.

When we first hired Terry from Premier Plumbing over a year
ago, he did excellent and timely work. He wouldn’t provide a quote but we
needed the work done so we went with him anyway. It then took 4 mos. time of my
chasing after him for an invoice. We had him to our home for a couple of other
smaller jobs. We then hired him to help us with the reconstruction/configuring
of the plumbing of an old existing full bath in our basement. We insisted on a
quote, to which he only provided a verbal one of “a couple thousand dollars”. We
hired him for his 20+ years of experience, but instead of coming himself, he
sent his VERY junior assistant to do the majority of the work. We determined it would be more cost effective
for us to finish the job ourselves and called him off the job well before it
was finished. Again, I needed to chase him for the invoice. When it came 3 mos
later, it was for $2300! We contacted him to let him know that we were
dissatisfied by the fact that his invoice for half the work was for more than
the quoted price of the fully completed job. He became unprofessional, rude
and immature in his replies. He never comes when he says he will. It is
incredibly difficult to plan for when he’ll come to do the work in your home. He
initially comes across as helpful but will later be difficult to work with and
if you do not agree with him, he will become nasty and rude. I would never have
him back to our home and would highly recommend others not hire him either.

In just a short time Terry Murphy was able find the issue with the garbage disposal.and then went on to discover the problem with the stool. Mr.Murphy knows what he is doing and that helps him in resoulving our issues quickly.

Great! Very professional. This is the second time that I've used Premier Plumbing Solutions for a remodel project (bathroom this time, kitchen and 2 bathrooms last time) and I've found him to be reasonably priced, and the consummate professional. He arrives when promised and does outstanding work. He treats your property like it's his own. He's very neat and does a great job cleaning up when he's finished.
He's great to work with if you're on a tight timeline or if you're very picky (like me).
Friends and family have used him on my recommendation and are equally pleased.

Bathroom sink was leaking through flooring and down into basement utility room. Premier was able to come in a very timely manner, even though we were having bad weather this particular day. This is the second time I've contacted them over issues we were having and they were very professional both times. The work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

They came a couple of weeks ago. Their price was reasonable. He unclogged a kitchen sink drain and fixed a leaky shower. He had to replace some parts in the shower. It was a leaky pipe. He was very professional and reliable and I would use him again in the future.

I like his professionalism, and he was very clean. He put tarps down and very careful in the house. Also, everything works.
