"The workers and office staff were easy to talk to, well informed, courteous , and efficient. They performed a thorough inspection. Recommended and installed a stainless liner and cap for the furnace flue and a new damper on the fireplace flue. Their price was better than previous quotes and even set up a partial payment plan. "The tech was great. He did a simple job that I am no longer able to do. It was a little more expensive than I would have liked but that isen't on him. The job was also delayed by 1 week do to them cancelling the first appointment. I would have appreiciated a discount from the company for waiting a week."
