Anytime I texted Tommy he would respond answering any questions I had. His work was top notch, rebuilt the crown (which looks bomb proof) and cut out the brick mortar out down to the roof line. During my home inspection, the inspector suggested I have a qualified roofer perform a closer examination of the roof.  Bill Thompson had replaced the roof on my brother and sister's homes, therefore I called Mr. Thompson to see if he could meet me at the home I was wanting to buy.  I needed to respond to the Sellers that day with all items that needed repaired so I was very glad he could meet me at the house that afternoon.  Based on his inspection, I added his recommendations to my response to the Sellers.
After closing on the house, within a few days and a hard rain, a stain showed up on the ceiling.  I called Bill Thompson and within a day he was removing the roof, replacing some damaged boards and putting on the new roof and chimney cap  We also added gutter guards to the gutters and they look great.  Bill's team placed tarps around the house to catch any debris and nails when they were removing the old shingles and this also protected my landscaping.

They are very fairly priced and you can tell that they don’t make it a goal to profit off of customers, but rather just make a living.
