13 The supervisors were great and helped us along the way. The work performed around my chimney had to be done three times before it was done correctly. On the last attempt the supervisors made sure it was no charge, and they got it right. For that I was grateful.
The owner was responsive and engaged across the process. He provided exactly what had been requested and kept me informed when the needed item was on back order. Installation was smooth and timely. I have used in the past for chimney sweeping and they were excellent then as well.

He then said he had used brick sealant and would need to use stone sealant, thus showing that he was cutting corners. After that the chimney quit leaking for a few months and then started leaking again. He will not honor his warranty and ignores my calls after the first contract to try to get the problem fixed. He told me that he would come by and look at the problem and then send his crew out"

"We requested an estimate and Anthony made an appointment over a week out. He then wanted to reschedule just a few hours before but interested we let him come earlier (this was a Thursday). He left saying we would have 3 estimates on Monday. More then a week later I tried calling and texting for days. We had to call the company and were told he would call later on that day. Nope! 2 days later he says he would have the estimate done and send it. We got one for a full roof replacement. NOT at all what I asked nor what he discussed with my husband. I let him know this is what we talked about and he tells me he will have them Monday for me. Visit was April 17 and we still do not have the estimates we requested and he will not even answer. We have tried to be very understanding as we know people sometimes go through, but this is ridiculous."
