"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. We needed a couple sheets of plywood replaced , then the shingles put down. My husband very picky about things like this, and he was very happy with the work. We would highly recommend."
