"It's hard looking for the right person to do anything handy in your home, let alone a major three-bathroom remodel. I met with four contractors before I chose Louisville City Handyman (LCH), one whose reputation deemed them experts in remodeling 100-year-old homes in my neighborhood. Their quote was very close between LCH, but what sold me on LCH was how the contractor, Keenan, communicated with me during the quote assessment, and I am so glad I decided to move forward with him. Keenan was highly communicative, ALWAYS punctual, showed up every day (for over three months), gave up-to-date updates every week, cleaned up after every shift, and on top of all that, he was really pleasant to be around. I work from home, so we interacted daily. His creative problem-solving skills amazed me. He has this great ability to provide the highest quality of work even when something unexpected comes up, which often happens in houses as old as mine. He focused on delivering my vision, never looking for shortcuts or the easy way to do things. For most people, the longer they're in business, the more they lose integrity in their work. As the years go by, I'm certain that won't be an issue for LCH. I caught Keenan standing back and looking at what he and his team had accomplished after completing the job.
