Once the project started Nate was very communicative about the basement layout and as the work progressed we talked each day to make sure everything was coming together well. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me.
